Katy Graham is an experienced family law attorney who approaches her work with both compassion and a strong foundation in litigation. With over a decade of legal experience across multiple states, she guides clients through custody, divorce, and other family law matters with clarity, steadiness, and thoughtful strategy.
Katy has extensive experience handling custody, support, and divorce cases, helping individuals navigate complex and often emotional situations. She is known for her ability to resolve matters efficiently, when possible, while also being fully prepared to advocate for her clients in court when needed. Her goal is to help clients move forward with confidence and a clear understanding of their options.
Her background includes significant courtroom experience. As a former Deputy District Attorney in Colorado, Katy prosecuted thousands of cases and brought more than 15 to trial. She also served as a Senior Litigation Attorney with the Florida Department of Children and Families, where she first-chaired over 30 bench trials and received a statewide Litigation Award for her work on a complex termination of parental rights case.
Earlier in her career, Katy represented parents and caregivers in child abuse and neglect matters in Washington, D.C., and later practiced family law in North Carolina, where she built a strong foundation in domestic relations cases. These experiences have shaped her practical, well-rounded approach to family law and her understanding of the challenges families face.

Katy earned her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arizona. She is licensed to practice in Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her beautiful children.
