Director of Operations

Kendyl is our Director of Operations and brings over 12 years of administrative experience to our team, 7 of which have been in the legal field. Kendyl’s role involves supporting our legal team and managing many aspects of our operations with a significant focus and dedication to the client experience! She understands how difficult family law issues can be and counts it a privilege to help serve our clients as they navigate through one of the hardest times in their lives, with the support of our amazing legal team!

Before joining the legal field, Kendyl worked many years in the hospitality industry as a manager and traveling trainer, where she played a key role in the development of new training programs, systems and processes for restaurants throughout the country. She also spent time in India and Africa where she partnered with organizations that implemented resources, programs, and trainings to serve people in need.

Outside of the office Kendyl enjoys spending time with her husband and their two fur children exploring the mountains of Colorado where you can catch them hiking, camping, or paddle boarding. And of course, as a Colorado native, she also thoroughly enjoys rooting on the Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, and Rockies!
